Job Responsibilities

  • Create and implement social media strategies that are in line with marketing objectives.  
  • Identifying target audiences, developing resonant content, and adding new ideas into the strategy are all important steps.  
  • Create a content calendar and schedule posts in accordance with your marketing goals.  
  • Management and administration of social media accounts such as Meta (Facebook), Google, and TikTok.  
  • Monitor channels for comments, messages, and mentions and answer as soon as possible.  
  • Through interactions and engagement, you may create and foster online communities.  
  • Plan and carry out social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand activities on Meta, Google, and TikTok.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media activity into larger marketing campaigns.  
  • Using tools like Google Analytics, monitor and analyse social media metrics on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.  
  • Create frequent reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Meta, Google, and TikTok ads, delivering insights for optimisation.  
  • Maintain strong relationships with Meta, Google, and TikTok followers and influencers.  
  • Respond to client inquiries via social media networks in a professional and timely manner.  
  • Maintain current knowledge of market trends, upcoming technology, and changes in social media algorithms.  


  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate course in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role. 
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. 
  • Hands-on experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns. 
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas). 
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends). 
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing. 
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
