Archnix Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to fill the position of Executive – Sales & Marketing. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong sales acumen. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth while providing essential technical support to our clients in the IT hardware and networking sector. 

Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs. 
  • Proactively seek new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media. 
  • Arrange client meetings to understand their requirements. 
  • Create regular sales and financial reports. 
  • Ensure product stock availability for sales and demonstrations. 
  • Expertly negotiate and close deals, handling objections and complaints. 
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance performance. 
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams. 
  • Initiate contact with new clients via email or phone to schedule meetings. 
  • Keep customers informed about new product developments. 
  • Generate quotations and proposals. 
  • Engage in phone, email, and face-to-face negotiations. 
  • Establish and monitor sales targets for the team. 
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field of IT hardware and networking. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.  
Requirement and Skills: 
 
  • Proven experience as IT Field Sales Executive  
  • Proficiency in English Sinhala Tamil 
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques 
  • Fast learner and passion for sales 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations 
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales and technical problem-solving.
