JOB BRIEF
WHAT WE EXPECT
- 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Figma.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, and experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design team in the development and execution of creative designs and ensure UI/UX for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers to ensure that designs are aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for design-related matters, including coordinating schedules and project timelines, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Manage and mentor design team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
- Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure that designs meet project requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform the design process and validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain design style guides, design systems, and other design documentation to ensure consistency across projects and teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and best practices.
